Andy,

In the /Developer/Examples/IOKit/usb/ folder, there is the Ezloader Example. The sample assumes the use of an Anchor USB chipset on the device. this sample is for OS X. If you want a sample for 9 for an Anchor chip, I can provide that. If the desired DFU sample is for a non-Anchor chip USB device, please respond to the mail list.
